I’m Julia — the kind of person who never learned to sit still.

I grew up drawing since I was four, and honestly, I never stopped. Painting has always been my way to breathe, to process, to translate the world into something I can feel with my fingertips. For me, art isn’t a quiet studio ritual — it’s a wild, salt-sprayed diary. A way to pin down moments that would otherwise slip through my fingers like water.

Travel didn’t just shape me — it rewired me.

Every place I’ve been to left its mark: the dry wind of the Outback, the silver mornings in Andalusia, the electric turquoise of Bali, the heavy tropical sun melting into the ocean… I chase landscapes the way some people chase certainty. And every painting I create carries a piece of that chase — the air, the rhythm, the light of “that exact minute” I never wanted to end.

Adventure isn’t a hobby for me — it’s a pulse.

Surfing, skiing, cliff scrambling, getting lost on islands, boarding boats at dawn — I need that jolt of aliveness. That bright edge between fear and freedom. It spills into everything I create: bold strokes, unapologetic colors, movement that refuses to stay still.

I’m drawn to intensity — of places, of people, of emotion.
Nothing lukewarm ever inspired me.

My art is for those who crave the same — the ones who fall in love with horizons, who pack too fast, who never fully come back from their travels, and who know that beauty is often messy, loud, salt-touched and absolutely worth it.
